DAY 2: Enjoy an early breakfast at the hotel to set off on the old city tour. The tour's first destination will be Sultanahmet Square, the primary spot to see the legacy of the Ottoman and Byzantine empires. Our next stops will be the Topkapi Palace Museum, the German Fountain, the Obelisk of Theodosius.
Then we will visit the Blue Mosque, Hagia Sophia, and the Grand Bazaar. Travelers are free to roam around and explore the sites with the tour guide there to offer local historical insights about the places.
After the old city tour, your tour guide will transfer you to the hotel to check out and depart for the airport for the Kayseri flight. Arrive in Kayseri and transfer to Cappadocia. Check-in at the Cappadocia hotel for an overnight stay.

Next, we'll venture to the Goreme Open Museum, an ancient Christian monastery steeped in religious significance. Our journey will take us to Avanos, one of Cappadocia's oldest settlements, where visitors can pause and enjoy a quick lunch by the tranquil Kızılırmak River.
Afterward, we'll explore the mystical landscapes of Pasabag or Monk Valley, marveling at the mushroom-shaped fairy chimneys. Tourists can also choose to embark on a hot-air balloon tour to enjoy more aerial views. Transfer back to the hotel for an overnight stay.
